Learning dance as a girl, I discovered that body is more than something to get the mind from A to B. 

The more respect you have for the body and the more attention you pay to it, the better your body functions and moves.

Stress and anxiety, sadness and fear can result in you taking it out on your body. You eat poorly, stay up late and spend the weekends on the couch binge watching Netflix.
